Spray Tanning Tips
Here are some helpful tips and tricks to ensure you get the best result for your spray tan:
- Hydrate as much as possible before, during, and after your spray tan session.
- Shave prior to your spray tan session.
- Use an exfoliator BEFORE you come in for your spray tan.
- Use the salon provided barrier cream in between your fingers and toes to prevent build up.
- Wear dark, loose clothing after your spray session to prevent it from rubbing off.
- Avoid sweating for 4-6 hours.
- Go commando! If you need to wear a bra try to avoid underwires.
- You shouldn't shower for at least 6 hours after the spray tan is applied. Showering the next day is ideal but don't wait more than 24 hours.
- Moisturize AFTER you shower and make sure your skin always stays hydrated.
- Avoid makeup for 6-8 hours if possible.
